QErgs is one of the highlights in the Cambridge novice rowing calendar. It's a fantastic experience where novices compete in their crews in a 8x 500m relay to be crowned the fastest novice crew. The winning crews recieve prizes and the fastest individual male and female rowers are also rewarded.
